Wow, wow, WOW! I wish I had a before photo to show you just how amazing his work is. We’ve potty trained three small dogs in the past year and our carpets really suffered during the process. Andrew left our home smelling amazing! It’s clean, smells fresh and wasn’t soaking wet when he finished. In fact, many areas are already dry to the touch!! I will definitely be using him again and will recommend him to family, neighbors and friends. Priced well and works hard, I’m a very satisfied customer!

We had a great experience with Exceptional Carpet Care. We have 3 dogs in the office at any given time in addition to clients, employees, and equipment. Needless to say, the carpets have seen better days. Andrew came in time and the carpets look great! He was able to get stains out that we didn't think were possible. Will definitely be using every 6 months if not more. Very affordable too!

After the 2020 fire season and a major renovation, our carpets were overdue for a thorough cleaning. Andrew tackled our stairs and upstairs carpets at a very reasonable price. Took out our large Persian carpets to a third party specialized in this work and helped us put them back in position. Andrew discouraged us from tile cleaning, as he felt we would not get good value - unusual to have a carpet cleaning business that is as "straight up" and Exceptional Carpet Care. We will continue to use Andrew going forward.
